IPv6 WG: Exploration of the Motivation for IPv6

The Motivation activity is clearly related to the Education/Training activity, but differs primarily in focusing not on how to create such a network, but on why one would do so. The goal is to raise the level of understanding, with both engineers and administrators, about why deploying IPv6 is a good idea. Essentially we need to answer the question:
Why should I apply limited resources from within the campus to deployment and integration of IPv6?
Assuming that we can answer that question, we may make progress toward making pervasive IPv6 deployment a reality.
